Curly Cuts Colouring-In Competition Terms and Conditions
Organiser: The Curly Cuts colouring-in competition (“Competition”) is organised by Curly Cuts (ABN 95 893 165 382).
Competition Period: The Competition commences on 27 February 2024 and concludes at 11:59 PM on 31 March 2024 (AEST). All entries must be received by Curly Cuts by 11:59 PM on 31 March 2024.
Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Australia. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter. Employees of Curly Cuts and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Entry Method: To enter, participants must submit a colouring-in entry. Entries are limited to one per person. Entries can be submitted in person at Curly Cuts, Shop 4, 1 Lyons Place, Lyons ACT 2905, or via post to the same address. Participants must include their name, a phone number, or an email address on the back of their entry.
Prize Details
Category 1: What I Love About Curly Cuts

General Terms for All Categories:
– Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
– Winners will be notified and given instructions on how to claim their prize.
– All prizes must be claimed in accordance with the redemption instructions by the specified expiry date.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Postage is via Australia Post and Curly Cuts will pay for standard postage within Australia if the prize cannot be redeemed in person. Curly Cuts is not responsible for lost or damaged postage items.
Judging: Entries will be judged on creativity, colour usage, and overall aesthetics. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on Curly Cuts’ social media platforms and will be contacted directly by 15 April 2024.
Entry Conditions: By entering the Competition, participants grant Curly Cuts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, or modify their entries for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes without compensation. Participants retain ownership of their original work.
Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used by the Organiser to administer the Competition and for marketing purposes, subject to the participant’s consent.
Liability: Curly Cuts is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entrants acknowledge that the competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media used throughout the contest.
Acceptance of Terms:Participation in the Competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
